1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal betting account registered by the User on the mgdwin platform.
• "Bet" means any wager placed by the User on a sports event, casino game, or other gaming product offered on the mgdwin platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional offer, bonus funds, free bets, or other incentives provided by mgdwin to Users, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of funds from the User to their mgdwin Account using approved payment methods including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, or other supported methods.
• "Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp)" means the official currency of Indonesia, which is the primary currency used on the mgdwin platform.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process requiring Users to provide valid identification documents including Indonesian National ID (KTP), proof of address, and selfie verification.
• "User" / "Player" / "You" means any individual who registers an Account and uses the mgdwin platform.
• "Withdrawal" means any transfer of funds from the User's mgdwin Account to their designated bank account or e-wallet.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Legal Requirements

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account and use the mgdwin Service. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years old and have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• You are a resident of Indonesia or are physically located in Indonesia at the time of registration and use.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract with mgdwin.
• You are not prohibited by law from participating in online gambling activities.
• All information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and complete.

2.2 Account Registration Process

To create an Account on mgdwin, you must:

1. Complete the online registration form with accurate personal information including full name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address.
2. Choose a unique username and secure password that meets our security requirements.
3. Agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
4. Verify your email address and phone number through the verification links and codes we send.
5. Complete KYC verification by submitting valid identification documents (Indonesian KTP, proof of address, selfie verification).

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each User is permitted to hold only one Account with mgdwin. You may not register multiple Accounts or allow any other person to use your Account. Creating duplicate Accounts to abuse bonuses, circumvent restrictions, or engage in fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all Accounts and forfeiture of balances.

2.4 Account Ownership

Your Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other person. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your Account. mgdwin reserves the right to suspend or close any Account if we have reason to believe it is being used by someone other than the registered User or in violation of these Terms.

3. Account Security and Verification

3.1 Password Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account password and for all activities that occur under your Account. You must:

• Choose a strong password combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Never share your password with any third party, including customer support representatives (we will never ask for your password).
• Change your password immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
• Log out from your Account after each session, especially when using shared or public devices.

mgdwin is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain password security. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].

3.2 KYC Verification Requirements

To comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and verify User identity, mgdwin requires all Users to complete a KYC verification process. You must provide:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, legible copy of your Indonesian National ID (KTP - Kartu Tanda Penduduk). The document must be valid and not expired.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document showing your full name and current residential address (issued within the last 3 months).
• Selfie Verification: A photograph of yourself holding your KTP next to your face, ensuring both your face and the ID document are clearly visible.

KYC documents are typically reviewed within 1-24 hours during WIB business hours. You may deposit and play immediately after registration, but withdrawals require completed KYC verification. mgdwin reserves the right to request additional documentation or information at any time to verify your identity.

3.3 Account Suspension and Closure

mgdwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account without prior notice if:

• You provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• You violate any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.
• You create duplicate Accounts or allow others to use your Account.
• You are found to be under 21 years of age.
• Your Account is inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

In the event of Account suspension or closure, mgdwin will process the return of your deposited balance (minus any bonus funds, pending bets, or amounts subject to investigation) after deducting any applicable fees or amounts owed to mgdwin.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

mgdwin accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) through the following payment methods:

• Bank Transfer: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri)
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

Minimum deposit amount: Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit amount per transaction may vary by payment method but typically does not exceed Rp 100,000,000. Deposits via bank transfer during banking hours (Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM WIB, excluding Indonesian public holidays) are typically processed within 5 minutes. Deposits submitted outside banking hours may be processed within 24 hours.

You agree that:

• All deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• You will not dispute or reverse deposits made to your mgdwin Account with your bank or payment provider.
• mgdwin does not charge deposit fees, but your bank or payment provider may charge transaction fees.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through your Account dashboard. Withdrawals are processed to the same bank account or e-wallet from which you deposited, in accordance with AML regulations.

Minimum withdrawal amount: Rp 100,000. Maximum withdrawal amount per transaction: Rp 50,000,000 (higher amounts may require multiple transactions). Withdrawals to verified Indonesian bank accounts are typically processed within 2-6 hours during WIB banking hours. Requests submitted outside banking hours or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Withdrawal conditions:

• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified before your first withdrawal.
• You must meet any active bonus wagering requirements before withdrawing bonus-related winnings.
• mgdwin reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing large withdrawals (typically amounts exceeding Rp 10,000,000).
• Withdrawal fees: mgdwin does not charge withdrawal fees for the first 3 withdrawals per month. Additional withdrawals may incur a processing fee of 1% (minimum Rp 10,000).

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

mgdwin is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. We reserve the right to refuse deposits or withdrawals, freeze Accounts, and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities if we suspect money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity. You agree to cooperate with all AML investigations and provide any requested documentation.

5. Betting Rules and Procedures

5.1 Placing Bets

When you place a bet on the mgdwin platform:

• You confirm that you have sufficient balance in your Account to cover the stake amount.
• You accept the odds displayed at the time of bet placement (for sports betting) or the game rules (for casino games).
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified except in cases of obvious errors as determined by mgdwin.
• mgdwin reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at our sole discretion, particularly if we suspect fraud, collusion, or bonus abuse.

5.2 Sports Betting

Our sportsbook covers football (BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, FIFA World Cup), badminton, basketball, volleyball, and other sports. Betting markets include pre-match and live in-play betting, mix parlay (accumulator bets combining multiple selections), Asian handicap (voor bola), over/under, correct score, and more.

Sports betting rules:

• All bets are settled based on official results and statistics from recognized sports governing bodies.
• If an event is postponed or abandoned, bets will be voided unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours.
• In the event of venue changes, bets remain valid unless we determine the change significantly alters the nature of the event.
• Settlement of disputed or controversial outcomes is at the sole discretion of mgdwin management, whose decision is final.

5.3 Casino Games

mgdwin offers thousands of casino games including slots, live dealer tables (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette), table games, crash games (Aviator-style), and exclusive games. All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems to ensure fairness.

Casino game rules:

• Each game has specific rules, RTP (Return to Player) percentages, and volatility ratings displayed in the game information.
• Malfunction voids all pays and plays. If a game malfunctions, the bet will be refunded.
• mgdwin is not responsible for connectivity issues, browser incompatibility, or device problems affecting gameplay.
• Live casino games are subject to the decisions of the live dealer, which are monitored and recorded for dispute resolution.

5.4 Maximum Winnings

Unless otherwise stated in specific game rules or promotional terms, there is no maximum limit on winnings from regular gameplay. However, progressive jackpot games, promotional tournaments, and specific bonus offers may have stated maximum payout limits.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

mgdwin offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, free bets, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be clearly stated in the promotional materials. By claiming a bonus, you agree to the applicable bonus terms.

General bonus conditions:

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses require you to wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) a certain number of times before you can withdraw winnings. Typical wagering requirements range from 10x to 40x the bonus amount.
• Game Contribution: Different games contribute differently toward meeting wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10-20% or be excluded entirely.
• Maximum Bet Limits: While an active bonus is in your Account, you may be subject to maximum bet limits (e.g., Rp 50,000 per bet). Exceeding these limits may void your bonus and any associated winnings.
• Validity Period: Bonuses must be used within a specified time period (typically 7-30 days from the date of issuance). Unused bonuses expire and will be removed from your Account.
• One Bonus Per Person: Each bonus offer is limited to one use per person, household, IP address, and device. Abusing bonus offers through multiple Accounts will result in forfeiture of bonuses and potential Account closure.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

mgdwin reserves the right to withhold bonuses, cancel promotions, and confiscate winnings if we determine that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to:

• Creating multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times
• Colluding with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes
• Using betting patterns designed specifically to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk (e.g., hedging opposite sides)
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Fraudulent Activity: Providing false information, using stolen payment methods, chargebacks, or any other form of fraud.
• Collusion: Working with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in poker or sports betting.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets or play games.
• Bonus Abuse: As described in Section 6.2 above.
• Underage Gambling: Allowing anyone under 21 years of age to use your Account.
• Money Laundering: Using the mgdwin platform to launder money or engage in other illegal financial activities.
• Hacking and Exploitation: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, exploit software vulnerabilities, or reverse-engineer our games.
• Offensive Behavior: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward other Users or our customer support staff.

Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension or closure, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action.

8. Responsible Gaming

mgdwin is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing problem gambling. We provide tools and resources to help you maintain control over your gambling activities:

• Deposit Limits: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account.
• Loss Limits: You can set maximum loss limits to prevent excessive losses.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or automatic logout after a specified time period.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently suspend your Account for a cooling-off period (7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanently).
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications of how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• mgdwin provides the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
• We are not liable for any losses resulting from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, software malfunctions, unauthorized access to your Account, or force majeure events beyond our control.
• We are not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to protect your Account password or from allowing others to use your Account.
• In no event shall mgdwin's total liability to you exceed the amount of deposits you made to your Account in the 6 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You acknowledge that gambling inherently involves risk of loss, and you accept full responsibility for your gambling decisions and their financial consequences.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which mgdwin is licensed and regulated.

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the mgdwin Service:

1. You agree to first contact our customer support team at [email protected] to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
2. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, you agree to participate in good-faith mediation before pursuing any legal action.
3. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in English and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the licensing jurisdiction.

mgdwin's decisions regarding bet settlements, Account disputes, and interpretation of these Terms are final and binding, subject only to appeal through our formal complaints procedure.
